Las contribuciones deben estructurarse en alguna de las siguientes formas:

PORTADA Y PÁGINA LEGAL

ARTÍCULOS ARBITRADOS

De investigación: Trabajos con datos empíricos recabados de fuente directa o indirecta que abordan un problema de investigación con metodología científica.

En formato de ensayos críticos: Trabajos con fundamento doctrinal y normativo, que abordan con bases teórica, argumentativas y metodológicas una problemática con perspectiva crítica o propositiva.

RESEÑAS

Síntesis crítica y descriptiva de trabajos académicos.

REFEXIONES ANALÍTICAS

Texto conformado por pensamientos o consideraciones basadas en la experiencia o raciocinio individual en torno a un tema de actualidad o relevancia jurídica algo con atención y detenimiento para estudiarlo o comprenderlo.

Submissions to Universos Jurídicos must be structured according to one of the following categories:

COVER PAGE AND LEGAL INFORMATION

The first page of the manuscript must include the information required by the journal regarding authorship, institutional affiliation, contact details, and any other legal or editorial information specified in the author guidelines.

PEER-REVIEWED ARTICLES

Research Articles

Manuscripts presenting original research based on empirical data obtained from direct or indirect sources. These studies must address a clearly defined research problem and employ an appropriate scientific methodology.

Critical Essays

Manuscripts grounded in legal doctrine, legislation, and scholarly literature that analyze a legal issue from a theoretical, argumentative, methodological, critical, or proposal-oriented perspective.

BOOK REVIEWS

Critical and descriptive analyses of academic books or scholarly works relevant to the journal’s scope.

ANALYTICAL REFLECTIONS

Scholarly texts consisting of reasoned reflections, interpretations, or considerations derived from the author's professional experience, academic expertise, or critical analysis of a contemporary issue or a topic of legal relevance. These contributions should provide thoughtful examination and informed discussion aimed at enhancing understanding of the subject matter.

COMPLETE ISSUE

The journal also provides access to complete issues, which compile all contributions published within a specific volume and issue.
