Esta revista dado su carácter educativo y científico tiene una vocación no lucrativa y de originalidad, por lo cual sólo aceptará artículos inéditos como resultado de investigaciones, estudios metodológicos y reflexiones. En este sentido los colaboradores al enviar su contribución para el arbitraje aceptan y se comprometen incondicionalmente a:

1. El autor conserva los derechos de autor, transfiere u otorga derechos de publicación al editor y para ello se utiliza una licencia no comercial.
2. Abstenerse de publicar su artículo en otro medio de divulgación en tanto se resuelve el proceso de arbitraje.
3. Los autores adhieren a la política de acceso abierto Licencia de Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International , es decir, otros pueden copiar, redistribuir, remezclar, transformar y crear a partir de la obra, pero no con fines comerciales, siempre que otorguen el crédito correspondiente y licencien sus contribuciones bajo la misma licencia.
4. Aceptar la revisión de su trabajo mediante un software de detección de plagio y la revisión por el sistema de par doble ciego.

As an educational and scientific journal, Universos Jurídicos operates on a non-profit basis and is committed to publishing original scholarly contributions. Accordingly, the journal only accepts previously unpublished manuscripts resulting from research projects, methodological studies, and academic reflections.

By submitting a manuscript for consideration and peer review, authors acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. The published work is distributed under a non-commercial license.
