TOWARDS A CONCEPT OF CAPTURE AND COOPTATION OF THE STATE IN MEXICO

Abstract

Throughout this article, the situation in which Mexico finds itself in terms of corruption levels will be analyzed, however, the study was carried out with an international approach. This leads to impunity and corruption’s little visibility, which has had a significant evolution in the 21st century. A qualitative methodology was followed, since the realities are subjective and variable, different cases of countries were used. Initially, it was intended to highlight the absence of the great conflict that has proliferated in our country, that is, large-scale corruption, the capture and cooptation of the State. Later, the work took a fascinating turn; we realized the absence of such concepts in Mexican and international legislation. So, it is impossible to ask the government to regulate and investigate something that is not even written in the law
