Abstract
This research article has a mixed methodological nature, since it is a documentary, field, qualitative, quantitative and experimental investigation, in which various data collection instruments were applied to members of the Judicial Branch of the State of Veracruz. , between agreement secretaries and study and account secretaries, for the purposes of establishing and identifying, with respect to three practical cases, their interpretation of the legal norm, applied to said specific cases and also, they were carried out experimentally, exercises by using the “Chat GPT” and “GÉMINIS” applications, to determine their respective legal interpretation responses, around the same specific cases, also contrasting the criteria of the Federal Judiciary and its interpretation of the norm, also based on the same cases , thus achieving, establishing and comparing, the positions of interpretation of the legal norm, from the vision of members of the Judicial Branch of the State of Veracruz, of members of the Federal Judicial Branch and of the applications of “Chat GPT” and “GÉMINIS”, it which allowed experimental corroboration of the usefulness of applications based on artificial intelligence for jurisdictional activity.
