Abstract
The rights of taxpayers in Mexico are established in various legal frameworks, ranging from the Constitution to the Federal Law of Taxpayer Rights and international treaties. This article addresses the rights of taxpayers in different legal frameworks in Mexico, interpreting and expanding their conception in accordance with doctrine. The methodology employed is descriptive with a qualitative focus, involving a thorough review of the current regulations on the subject. It is concluded that it is crucial to be aware of taxpayer rights in order to respect and enforce them before the authorities.
