THE PARADIGM OF HUMAN RIGHTS AS A BASIS FOR A GLOBAL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REGULATION

Abstract

The rapid evolution of science has generated a technological diversity that is difficult to regulate and implement in law. The emergence and continuous improvement of Artificial Intelligence systems expand this sphere of potential non-legislated scenarios of violation of human rights; Achieving to transcend an approach based on fundamental principles and values in technological development requires an analysis based on the social proposals that govern democratic countries, so that a globalized compendium of values is established that governs the development of normative instruments and descends States, similar in importance to a Declaration of Human Rights focused on Artificial Intelligence.
