THE THINKING OF HERMANN HELLER AND PEDRO DE VEGA IN THE PROGRESSIVE GOVERNMENTS OF MEXICO, COLOM-BIA AND CHILE

Abstract

The objective of this academic exercise is to investigate and analyze the influence that the ideas of Hermann Heller and Pedro de Vega have had on the progressive governments of Andrés Manuel López Obrador in Mexico (AMLO), Gustavo Petro in Colombia and Gabriel Boric in Chile; specifically in relation to the principles of Sovereignty, Democracy, Division of Power, Fundamental Rights, Freedom, and Equality, to know the similarities and differences of their thinking. The methods that will be used are comparative, legal dogmatic and documentary to review some of the works of the aforementioned constitutionalists, the political Constitutions of the aforementioned countries, some of the speeches of the aforementioned leaders, their respective development plans; historical, political, deductive, analytical and synthetic methods will also be used.
